Certain characteristics of an individual determines whether a person does service or own business. It includes the ambition that drives the person, social skills and adaptability nature, Independent thoughts and freedom lovers, level of responsibilities that one individual likes to take, Does he have management skills or likes to does work by himself, Executive ability, Planning ability, Hardworking, ability to cooperate with others.
